My mother loves floral still paintings, and since her birthday is coming soon, I´m looking for advice to be able to understand this art better. I voe that you talked about the fundamentals of this art, how and why it´s done. I will start looking for a professional floral still painter so I can buy the best painting for her.

Thank you for sharing your detailed process, Erika! I love how you break down the steps involved in creating your floral still life paintings. As the owner of PastelBrush.com, I find your approach to layering and color mixing especially insightful—it’s always helpful to learn from fellow artists who generously share their techniques. Your passion for the craft really comes through, and it’s inspiring to see how each step adds depth to the final piece. Looking forward to more posts about your creative process!
