Hey there, fellow artists and art-lovers! Today I'll be sharing the process behind my latest floral oil painting. The video included in this post contains a timelapse that I've recently uploaded onto my YouTube channel as a collaboration I did with Dena Tollefson, who also has a channel on this platform. For a more in-depth explanation and tips on oil painting, visit my blog post Don't Be Afraid of Oil Paint + How I Paint a Still Life Using Oils. Hope you enjoy!

My mother loves floral still paintings, and since her birthday is coming soon, I´m looking for advice to be able to understand this art better. I voe that you talked about the fundamentals of this art, how and why it´s done. I will start looking for a professional floral still painter so I can buy the best painting for her.
