Sitting down to draw or paint is my way to slow down, practice mindfulness, appreciate the things I have, and be grateful for the moments I get to enjoy.
Through my art, I hope to inspire others to live more positively and see the beauty present in their day-to-day lives.
My work is the result of my quest to find deep inner peace in today's fast-paced, often chaotic world, as I continue to focus on the daily miracles that are always around for those of us who wish to see them.
