Hi, there!
I'm a teaching artist with 15+ years of experience working in creative fields, selling my art, and mentoring students from all over the world.
After obtaining my BA in Graphic Design, I worked as a Graphic Designer at an advertising agency and later became head Art Teacher in a school environment.
During this time, I discovered my love for teaching and earned my Master's in International Education.
Like many, I thought I would spend my life as an employee, working a "regular" job.
I never thought I had what it took to become an artist or build a business of my own.
But as exciting as those jobs were in the beginning, over the years I found myself unfulfilled, stressed, and burnt out.
For many years, I set my art aside, giving in to exhaustion and failing to make time for personal projects outside of work.
It wasn’t until I reached my thirties that I made the decision to finally prioritize my art and my life vision.
I knew it was now or never.
So, I built a plan to help me develop my skills further and, after some time, I started selling my work.
I was approached by adults looking to learn to draw and paint, and I began teaching students of all ages out of my own home studio on the weekends.
My little business continued growing, and I finally felt confident enough to leave my job to devote my days to growing my business.
These days, I spend my time creating art using a variety of traditional mediums, producing helpful content that I share via this website and my YouTube channel, and teaching through my membership and one-on-one sessions.
I’m passionate about helping others grow as artists so that they, too, can experience the happiness and fulfillment that comes from prioritizing your art.
I was not born with any special talents and am the only artist in my family. I am proof that developing your drawing and painting skills is a choice.
I believe these are skills that can be developed, like anything else.

What makes me different from other artists teaching online?
My in-depth knowledge of Art Fundamentals and my many years of teaching artists at all levels, both in-person and online.
I 100% believe the world would be a better place with more artists in it.
I believe in providing a well-rounded arts education that helps students develop not only core drawing and painting skills but also the mindset needed for long-term growth and the confidence to put themselves out there, so they can bring their light to others.
