Hello there! It is 7:10 p.m. as I am writing this and I am tired but I will not allow that to derail my workout plans for tonight. Keeping myself healthy is a big priority for me and working out has definitely helped out with my anxiety and overall mood.
I arrived home from work only 40 minutes ago and this is a little something I was able to advance in my current piece while I was having an energizing snack. It's not done, but this is my way of holding myself accountable in terms of practice and progress.
